Bodhidharma spent most of his time on Chai and Tai Hill, and was known to frequently eat leaves while practicing zazen. His practice of zazen became so powerful that it was taught throughout the world. The monks discovered that drinking the leaves of these trees enabled them to remain alert during the night and meditate for hours at a time. In addition to the benefits of drinking the leaves of bodhi, bodhizazen has several other benefits.

Bodhidharma was the first enlightened being to be recognized by the Chinese, and the emperor was delighted. He organized a big celebration to welcome the two great enlightened teachers to China. In this way, the emperor could celebrate Bodhidharma’s arrival with his disciple, and his people could enjoy the fruits of their efforts. This was the beginning of Bodhizazen.

The practice of zazen is based on the Japanese dhyana, and was given by Yamada Ko-Un Roshi of Sanbo Kyodan. However, this does not mean that zazen is not related to dhyana. It is a form of dhyana, and has its own advantages. Essentially, zazen is the expression of the self without any goal or overdone techniques.

While zazen is a highly evolved form of meditation, it is a highly developed practice. The bodhi mind is a natural expression of the self. The shikantaza is a form of dhyana that is based on the Indian dhyana. A person can develop zazen by cultivating a bodhi mind through the practice. During a dhyana session, a practitioner may be aware of their inner state.

The shikantaza is a type of zazen that focuses on the bodhi’s natural expression. In zazen, the shikantaza is a natural expression of the self. When a person is meditating, the bodhi mind is the result of their effort. When a meditator achieves a deep state of concentration, he or she becomes clear of mind and is able to observe the external world.

In the ancient Buddhist tradition, the zazen teaches a person to sit in a quiet room for hours at a time. It is a practice of concentration that extends from the meditation hall to the rest of a Zen monastery. It is a way of life that promotes concentration in all things, not just meditation. As a result of this, zazen is also an important component of everyday life.
